We loved the Silver Creek chalet and really appreciated the hamper and all the little touches: tons of towels, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, herbs, games, CDs, even shampoo! We decided that the people who own it must be just the best hosts you could ever have. We skied Panorama three days, had a marvellous day out with RK on Wednesday (Once in a lifetime !), then went over to Sunshine to get some better snow on the trails for our intermediate skiers, plus a Delerium Dive for the hot shots (fully equipped of course). Just wanted to wish you a Happy New Year, and to tell you how much we enjoyed the house.  The weather was great, snow, and about -5 every day.  My Brother Grant even went Heli Skiing.  I have not skied for years so I was quite happy to stay on the easier slopes with my nephew and niece.  We really appreciated the hot tub after a day of skiing.
 
All in all we could not have been happier, you really do have a GREAT house, and we look forward to the next time we can come stay there.

Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful chalet. I think it was the best vacation we've had in a long time. When you book accommodations over the internet, there's always the chance that it'll be less than expected. But, we were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived at your chalet.

It was wonderful. We had friends who flew in from Toronto, and I wanted to make sure their trip was great. We had such a good time (due to the accommodations) that they wanted to stay an extra day. Feels and looks like a winter wonderland! Enjoyed skiing and lot of R&R. Thanks again, for all you've done! We love Alpenhaus like it was our own.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas at Alpenhaus. We can't think of a place where we would rather be. Great skiing, great resort, and a fabulous chalet to retire to at the end of the day. Our children were very pleased that Santa managed to find us here in the mountains. Thank you for your special touches with the Christmas decorations. Looking forward to returning - will have to try out the golfing next time.

Thanks Yvonne, we had a fantastic time. The weather was great, the snow fantastic and the Canadian people unbelievably friendly. We are now planning our return visit.

It was an awesome week! We came from different parts of Europe (Holland and Slovakia) to meet the rest of our family who reside in Calgary. The pleasant environment of Alpenhaus added to the success of our family reunion. We also enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Panorama. We will leave with many pleasant memories.

 I can't think of anywhere else we would have preferred to celebrate the New Millennium! In four short days, Britney and Megan went from their first time on skis to riding the Quad chair with their Daddy and Papa. The house had everything we needed and more!  The fireworks on New Years Eve were amazing! Dave and Glenda celebrated getting engaged at Panorama 10 years ago! We'll be back for sure! Thanks!

Thank you so much for arranging the use of Alpenhaus. As I was out cross country skiing Friday with the snow wafting down, I thought life just doesn't get any better - to have the use of your chalet and share it with our friends from Louisiana is much appreciated.

This is our third year staying at Alpenhaus and Summit Chalets for our extended family gathering and our best yet. Both chalets are overflowing with warmth and kindness, we'll always cherish our memories!

I wanted to e mail you and let you know that as a family we had the most enjoyable time at Panorama this last week. The accommodations were fantastic we could not have asked for anything better.

Thanks to you and Panorama Vacations for a lovely holiday at the Summit Chalet.  The house was ideal for a family like ours and between the hot tub, dinner table and cozy lounge with fireplace we definitely fell in love with the place. Everything was just perfect and we'll be definitely recommending Panorama Vacations to our friends and family.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at 1910 Powder Company facility and we will communicate this to others who ask us about our trip and the stay we had at your facility. Our whole family felt the accommodation and location was a perfect place for the 12 of us to enjoy 4 days on the hill and with each other for Christmas. Panorama Vacations are applauded on their customer service skills as we all felt very well looked after from the start to the finish of our family vacation.

The accomodations were absolutely perfect!! everything we had imagined and MORE!  It was the perfect family get-away and I don't think there is one thing wrong with Bear's Paw Chalet.........I have never seen a place so well-equipped and functional and the skiing was super as well.  Thanks again for the great service, we hope to visit again in the next year if possible.

It was awesome, absolutely awesome! In August my family had the opportuninty for a little vacation at the Panorama Resort. We had 14 of us in the Bear's Paw and 10 in the Summit chalet. It was much better than a hotel. We had never done this before and it was a wonderful first experience - I highly recommend it. We had 16 teens and kids who had much more freedom than a hotel allows. We were in vacation mode but the chalets also made us feel like we had brought a bit of home with us. We were all able to mingle and recount the day's events in a comfortable atmosphere without worrying about disturbing anyone - the privacy was great. The private hot tub and the bar b que were an added bonus. Another point on privacy was that the owners let us make this our home for the duration without interferance, but were only a phone call away if we needed anything. They will be at the top of our list if we are in the area again!!!
